- Flight ticket reservations.

- Tailor-made travel itineraries.
- Leisure, cultural, religious, adventure, and business travel services.
All services are subject to availability and confirmation by the relevant service providers.
All bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation.

RTTO® Travel & Tourism reserves the right to cancel any reservation if payment is not received within the agreed timeframe.
Flight Tickets
Flight tickets are issued in accordance with the fare rules and conditions of the respective airline.
Any changes, cancellations, refunds, or ticket reissuance are subject to the airline's policies and may incur additional charges.
RTTO® acts solely as an authorized travel agent and is not responsible for airline delays, cancellations, schedule changes, or other operational decisions made by the airline.
Tour Packages
Tour itineraries, accommodations, or transportation arrangements may be modified due to weather conditions, government regulations, operational requirements, or other circumstances beyond our control.
In such cases, RTTO® will make every reasonable effort to provide suitable alternatives while maintaining the quality of the travel experience.
Cancellations & Refunds
Refund eligibility is subject to the cancellation policies of airlines, hotels, transportation providers, and other travel suppliers.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
Administrative fees and service charges already incurred by RTTO® may be non-refundable.
Refund processing times depend on the policies of the respective service providers.
Flight Tickets
Travelers are solely responsible for ensuring that they possess valid passports, visas, health certificates, travel insurance, and any other documents required by the destination country.
RTTO® shall not be held responsible for denied boarding, visa refusals, entry restrictions, or any losses resulting from incomplete or invalid travel documentation.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate personal information during the booking process and for complying with all applicable laws, airline regulations, and destination requirements.
Travelers are also responsible for arriving at airports, hotels, and designated meeting points within the required timeframes.
Limitation of Liability
RTTO® Travel & Tourism acts as an intermediary between travelers and third-party service providers, including airlines, hotels, transportation companies, and other tourism suppliers.
RTTO® shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, baggage loss, accidents, weather conditions, natural disasters, political events, strikes, or any other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
